What the price of a check is made of
A plan is a package of checks, and the larger the volume, the cheaper a single operation becomes. In personal packages a check costs from $1.00 in the minimum $3 package down to $0.56 in the 100-check package. In business packages it goes from $0.42 at 5,000 checks to $0.15 at 100,000. A paid package is credited to the account balance, and every operation is charged from it at your plan's prices.
How Personal differs from Business
Personal packages are meant for one-off checks before a deal: from 3 to 100 checks plus a separate investigation quota of 1 to 33. Business packages cover a steady flow: 5,000, 10,000, 50,000 and 100,000 checks. The feature set is the same in both — API access, Risk Score control, notes and tags; what differs is the volume and the price per operation.
How a check differs from an investigation
A check answers the question of what a specific address or transaction is connected to and returns a Risk Score. An investigation is a graph of connections: counterparties, transfer amounts and source tags, expandable to any depth on every node. These are different operations at different prices, which is why personal packages list the investigation quota on its own line: 1, 3, 17 and 33 in the $3, $9, $35 and $56 packages.
How much KYC verification costs
KYC is billed under a separate plan. One verification costs $3.00 in the 1- and 3-check packages, $2.06 in the 17-check package and $1.70 in the 33-check one. A verification covers ID document verification, Liveness and Face Match, Proof of Address, and email and phone verification.
How credits are spent
After payment, credits are added to the account balance, and every operation is then charged from it at your plan's prices. Re-running a check that has already been performed is a paid operation as well. The current balance, the number of operations available, your plan's prices and the charge history are all visible in your account.
