- subscription payments
- prepaid balances
- setup or integration fees
This is due to the nature of digital and analytical services provided by AMLKYC.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- duplicate payment due to technical error
- unauthorized transaction (subject to investigation)
- service unavailability caused solely by AMLKYC for an extended period

4. No Refund After Usage
No refunds will be issued if:
- API requests have been executed
- services have been partially or fully used
- account has been active and accessed
