This Refund Policy governs payments made for access to AMLKYC services, including API usage, subscriptions, and related features. By purchasing or using paid services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all payments are non-refundable, including:

  • API usage fees
  • subscription payments
  • prepaid balances
  • setup or integration fees

This is due to the nature of digital and analytical services provided by AMLKYC.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • duplicate payment due to technical error
  • unauthorized transaction (subject to investigation)
  • service unavailability caused solely by AMLKYC for an extended period

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. No Refund After Usage

No refunds will be issued if:

  • API requests have been executed
  • services have been partially or fully used
  • account has been active and accessed

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • submit a request within 7 days of the payment

7. Account Termination

Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund and does not cancel outstanding payment obligations.

AMLKYC reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse of the refund policy, suspicious/fraudulent activity, or violation of Terms of Use.

9. Changes

AMLKYC may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
